offers a comprehensive clinical experience for Residents in
Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work. You’ll also have
opportunities to provide outpatient therapy and community-based
services for adults and families, building a well-rounded clinical
skill set . Flexible Full-Time Schedule Full-time status = 105
hours/month (~24–26 hours/week) Allows clinicians to maintain
work-life balance while receiving full benefits Typical sessions:
afternoons and evenings Flexibility to structure your weekly
schedule around client needs What You’ll Do Provide individual,
family, and community-based therapy Support youth and families in
achieving treatment goals Conduct clinical assessments and develop
treatment plans Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment
professionals Participate in regular supervision and case
consultation Maintain timely documentation Ensure clients have
access to 24/7 crisis support Compass provides referral and
scheduling support to help clinicians build and maintain a
consistent caseload Clinical Training & Licensure Support Free LPC

in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Eligible for Resident
in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in Virginia Valid
driver’s license with minimum 1 year clean driving history

community-based services Preferred: Experience with youth,
families, or community-based services Comfort with telehealth or
