working with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data? If so, you’ll
love working with us! Our solutions require innovative approaches
that integrate bespoke capabilities and tools to solve our
customers most complex challenges. We need a C omputer V ision (CV)
researcher to work on the full stack of the CV workflow, to include
acquiring and standardization of imagery data, designing
experiments and developing CV models, testing, evaluating various
processes of the CV pipeline, and developing and prototyping AI/ML
applications. Responsibilities: Build advanced analytics and
computer vision solutions using open-source and government GEOINT
data. Develop and apply machine learning, automation, and custom
applications to national security missions. Work on a unique,
end-to-end predictive analytics platform supporting real-world
mission outcomes. Experiment with novel CV models, synthetic data,
and generative AI for geospatial intelligence use cases. Engineer
and transform diverse data types across the full AI/ML lifecycle.
Apply emerging research from industry and academia to solve
customer mission problems. Collaborate with internal teams and
brief progress, results, and technical challenges. Operate in a
mission-first, business-casual environment that values learning,
growth, and social responsibility. Minimum Qualifications: U.S.
citizenship with a current TS/SCI clearance and willingness to
obtain a CI polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in data science,
Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field,
plus 5 years developing, testing, and deploying computer vision
models. Experience with deep learning algorithms for image science,
including YOLO, SSD, DetectNet, and similar architectures.
Proficiency with the Python data science stack (numpy, pandas,
matplotlib, sklearn, etc.). Proficiency with Python geospatial
libraries such as GDAL, GeoPandas, Shapely, and related tools.
Experience working in Linux environments and with containerization
platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud Foundry.
Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally to government sites for customer
meetings and demonstrations. Strong communication, organizational
skills, and attention to detail, demonstrated through technical
writing and verbal briefings. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced
degree in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer
Science, Applied Geography, or related field. Competence with image
generation models and platforms (Hugging Face, etc.). Experience
working with synthetic training data generation. Experience working
with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and integrating AI/ML
capabilities (SageMaker, IBM Watson Studio, etc.). Experience with
remote sensing, GEOINT datasets, and government collection
platforms. Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at

successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary
range provided below and is determined based on job-related
factors, including, but not limited to, the experience,
qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and
market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary
experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the
position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay
range. The base pay for this position within California, Colorado,
Hawaii, New Jersey, the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and for
