Manager of Corporate Communications to lead high-profile internal
and external initiatives. This role is ideal for someone
experienced in translating complex information into clear,
compelling narratives for a wide audience. Job Description: This
role sits within the executive communications function and serves
as a strategic partner across the organization. The Manager of
Corporate Communications will lead high-profile internal and
external communications initiatives, with a strong emphasis on
financial storytelling, enterprise reporting, and executive-level
messaging. This position blends hands-on content development with
strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration. Key
Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale
enterprise reports, including impact, annual, fundraising, and
year-end publications (impact reports) Translate complex financial
data into clear, engaging narratives for internal and external
audiences Partner closely with finance, leadership, and internal
stakeholders to shape messaging and communications strategy Support
executive and CEO communications, including presentations, key
messages, and organizational updates Serve as a point of contact
for media inquiries and assist with public statements and external
messaging Oversee website and digital content to ensure accuracy,
clarity, and effectiveness Manage agency and vendor partners to
deliver polished, on-brand communications materials Develop and
deliver internal communications tied to organizational changes,
employee engagement, and leadership initiatives Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or
related field (advanced degree a plus) 7–10 years of progressive
corporate communications experience Strong background in financial
communications and reporting Proven experience leading major
publications such as impact reports or annual reports Exceptional
writing, editing, and narrative-building skills Comfort working
with senior executives and presenting complex information clearly
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple
high-visibility projects simultaneously Additional Details: This
role reports into senior communications leadership and partners
closely with internal teams across the organization Heavy focus on
finance-driven storytelling, particularly during peak reporting
