Job Description & RequirementsCertified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)StartDate: 3/24/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1744.62 - $1911.66 Rad Tech needed asap for 13 weeksSat, Sun & amp; Mon - 3x12's, 9:30a - 10:00pWeekend Requirements: Every Saturday and SundayPerforms accurate x-ray procedures according to protocol, using optimal techniques and parameters to produce quality images for patients of all ages, including neonates, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.1 Year Staff Radiologic Technologist preferredRequired Certifications/License: BLS, ARRT and *VA License (please include VA License, if they don't have include status of license)--- Years of Experience: 2 yearEMR: EPIC--- Any unacceptable attire: per VH dress code policyKnowledge of human growth and development and competence in providing Radiologic services for patients of all ages, including neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric required Knowledge of computer technology required.Excellent communication skills to relate to physician, peers and patients on a professional and technical level required.Ability to perform general diagnostic radiography/fluoroscopy and portable radiography examination and procedures on patients of all ages required.Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure techniques required.Ability to work in a stressful environment required.Must be able to work weekends/holidays and available for all shifts as neededRequired QualificationsCertified Radiology Technologist, RadiologyExperience: 1 yearLicenses: RAD-VACertifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)SSN RequiredDOB RequiredWork History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 yearPreferred Qualifications1 Year Staff Radiologic Technologist preferredJob BenefitsAllied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks and offer generous packages that include:
