Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Help Desk Technical
Support.Position: Full-time/ContractDuration: 6+ month
contractLocation: Richmond, VA - 100% Onsite. Local candidates
only.****Must have Strong Customer Service skills. Strong
communication skills! This is a first line call. Day
shift.Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls resolving 70%.
- Route advanced issues to second level support teams
- Password Resets
- Answer general IT questionsQualifications:
- Candidates must have IT Education or 2 years experience working
in an IT Service Desk.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the following
tools/technologies:
- Windows 10 and 11
- Service Desk Ticketing
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Asset Management
- Proven experience ascertaining and meeting customer
expectations
- Work effectively and independently in a fast-paced team
environment where priorities can rapidly change
- Ability to prioritize own work activities with minimal guidance
and coaching
- Experience solving complex problems through discovery and
analysis with minimal guidance
- Experience Complete complex projects independently with minimal
oversight and direction
- Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities to meet
goals
- Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to provide, maintain, and follow technical
documentationPAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: Between $23-27/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
