Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our
team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment,
counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with
OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the
underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of
care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the
patient on their journey to recovery.
Responsible for maintaining drug records, securing the dosing room,
implementing operating procedures and reporting to appropriate
management and authorities.
Develop operating procedures relative to the supervisor of the
compounding and dispensing of all medications dispensed in the

consultant pharmacist and Medical Director, signed, and dated by

Visit the facility at least every two weeks to ensure that
established procedures are being followed, unless otherwise
stipulated by the State Board of Pharmacy. A log of such visits
shall be maintained and signed and dated by the consultant
pharmacist at each visit.
