Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical
experience. 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, managing
cloud implementations or transformation programs that support
launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical
support, escalation management, or consulting. Ability to obtain a
US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information
(TS/SCI) security clearance. Ability to travel 30% of the time, as
required. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree in a
Management, Technical, or Engineering field. Experience
communicating complex concepts and influencing technical and
non-technical stakeholders at varying levels within an
organization. Experience working with modern software development
practices, microservices-based architectures, distributed systems,
and APIs, across a broad set of use-cases. Excellent written and
verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client
management skills. Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with
current polygraph. About the job As a Technical Account Manager,
you’ll drive product adoption, provide proactive problem avoidance,
and recommend leading practices that help our most strategic

range for this full-time position is $92,000-$130,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Lead technical
activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders or
delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory,
operational excellence, and compliance. Collaborate with product
and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new
products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and
education customers. Partner with support, product engineering, and
site reliability engineering to plan for customer events and
launches, and work with customers and support to guide
issues/escalations to resolution. Manage stakeholder relationships
as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host
executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster
successful technical outcomes.
