You will enable teams to put automation, testing and security at the center of the work and remove barriers to efficiency. - -What You'll Do: -

• Lead, manage and grow a team of software engineers guiding the professional and technical development.
• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities in technology and process and develop a strategic plan to drive holistic, horizontal solutions that reduce challenges and toil faced by engineers
• Drive prioritization, grooming and solutioning of enterprise initiatives, providing ready to implement solutions for teams
• Identify strategies for accelerating our automation journey, improving testing and security.
• Enhance our engineer experience through knowledge sharing, technical training and effective onboarding
• Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
• Leverage data to optimize delivery across business and technology by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement with measurable outcomes balancing data with other factors in decision making
• Act as talent magnet to recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best delivery talent -Basic Qualifications: -
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience -
  • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • At least 4 years of people management experience - -Preferred Qualifications: -
    • Master's Degree
    • 10+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
    • 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
    • 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks
    • 2+ years of experience with ReactJS or Angular
