• Capital One Developer Academy (CODA) is a 6-month full-stack training program and new hires for this role start as a cohort in February 2023 or August 2023
• This role is a paid full-time associate position that engages those from analytical non-Computer Science backgrounds hoping to launch a career in Software Engineering
• Upon successful completion of the 6 month CODA program, CODA graduates enter the 18 month SWE rotational program, Technology Development Program (TDP)At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Basic Qualifications
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelors or higher in a non-computer science major with an expectation that the degree will be obtained by August 2023 or earlierPreferred Qualifications
    • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career as a software engineer through activities such as: hackathons, personal technical projects, tech training platforms, elected coursework, or other relevant engagement in software engineering field
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills

It's a program that equips you for the future and helps you build your career in tech. As a CODA Associate, you'll spend six months learning to code from skilled Capital One Software Engineers who will mentor you throughout the program.
