Aramark seeks a seasoned Food Retail Brand Location Manager Sr to oversee operations and enhance the customer experience at our key retail outlets. As a vital leader in our Retail Operations department, this role focuses on maximizing sales, maintaining brand standards, and promoting Aramark's dedication to excellence and innovation in food services. The ideal candidate will manage all facets of the food service operations at their allocated location, ensuring tight compliance with health and safety regulations, generating financial reporting, supervising staff, and delivering exemplary customer service. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. Supervise, recruit, and train all retail staff to ensure outstanding service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability. Monitor inventory levels and procurement to ensure adequate stock and cost control. Prepare financial reports on store performance for upper management review. Coordinate with marketing to drive promotions and improve customer engagement. Ensure the maintenance of facility and manage renovation projects when necessary. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management Solid understanding of inventory management systems Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service ServSafe Food Handler certification (preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (a plus)
