The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to implement strategies that improve service quality, streamline operations, and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional dining experiences. Supervise day-to-day operations of the food service area Manage and train staff on best practices and company policies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory and resources effectively to reduce waste and increase profitability Collaborate with senior management to implement service improvements Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels Oversee catering events and ensure high standards of service Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in inventory management and cost control Ability to handle high stress situations and problem solve effectively Familiarity with industry standard software and point of sale systems Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) ServSafe Certification desirable
