Protein Conversion Supervisor 2ND Shift - EDINBURG PLANTThis position will address and facilitate a sound manufacturing process that will include but is not limited to production goals, quality, safety, employee morale, etc. The shift supervisor will also communicate with all hourly partners and be the liaison between upper management and the hourly partners. A shift supervisor will ensure that our customer requirements are met.ShiftMonday-Friday 2PM-10PM (Times subject to change, some weekends required)QualificationsKnowledge or ability to learn Protein Conversion operationsComputer skills, (Microsoft office, word and excel)Ability to deal with a diversified workforceAbility to communicate with a varied range of customers, management and partnersSome mechanical knowledge about pressure vessels, augers and conveyorsAbility to work without direct supervisionGood written an oral communication skillsBasic math skillsExcellent work historyHigh School Diploma required with 5 years experience preferred in management/related field.EOE/Vet/Disabled
