These include; preparing, organizing and handling the instruments and devices required for surgical procedures, thorough pre-planning for surgical procedures, managing and assisting with all aspects of the surgery prior to, during, and post surgery, clearly and effectively communicating with patients and colleagues and fully participating in the interdisciplinary team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Operating Room.
