Job Description:

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment. Minimum Requirements An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology. ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine. Virginia license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or documentation of eligibility for a Virginia temporary license while the full license is pending. BLS (AHA only) certification. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, including experience responding to consults as part of a mobile team. Experience using EPIC electronic medical record preferred. Ability to work in a hospital setting with a 495-bed capacity and vary patient ratios as needed. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Days. Shift details: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:30 (other day start/end options may include 07:00–15:30, 07:30–16:00, or 08:30–17:00). Weekly guaranteed hours: 36. Weekend requirements: None. On-call requirements: None. Dress code: Scrubs, Caribbean Blue color per facility policy. Location Highlights Winchester, VA offers access to historic downtown attractions and outdoor recreation within short drives. The city is adjacent to the Shenandoah Valley and is approximately 30 minutes from Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, offering hiking and scenic overlooks. Winchester is 15–20 minutes from the Apple Blossom Mall and downtown Old Town Winchester, featuring museums and the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. The area provides suburban living with easy access to I-81 for regional travel and is roughly 75 minutes to Washington, D.C., supporting both quiet and commuter lifestyles.
