Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) based in Richmond, TX. The COTA will assist in delivering occupational therapy services, focusing on patient care and implementing treatment plans created by an occupational therapist. Responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic activities, monitoring patient progress, providing rehabilitation support, and collaborating with the team to enhance program development and achieve patient goals effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and techniques Experience with Rehabilitation and Patient Care Skills in Program Development and planning individualized therapy activities Knowledge and experience in Home Care services for patients when required Completion of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active COTA licensure in the state of Texas Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
