Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare, a leader in providing comprehensive nursing
and rehabilitation services, is seeking a Registered Nurse
Supervisor, RN, to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will
oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care is
delivered to our patients in both short-term and long-term
settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
foster an environment that promotes patient well-being and adheres
to established healthcare protocols. Supervise nursing staff and
manage the day-to-day nursing activities Ensure compliance with all
nursing standards and regulations Assess patient care needs and
develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate patient records
and prepare reports on data Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes Provide training and
support to nursing staff Participate in the recruitment and
performance evaluation of nursing personnel Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems In-depth
knowledge of health and safety guidelines Ability to handle stress
and stay calm in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license CPR certified Previous experience in a long-term
care facility preferred
