This role requires a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills who can thrive in both autonomous and collaborative settings. Provide direct nursing care according to the standards of care and the policies of Encompass Health. Evaluate patient conditions and formulate treatment plans. Administer medications promptly and accurately. Educate patients and families on health-related issues. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Comply with all legal, hospital, and departmental policies and procedures. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills Critical thinking and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS/ACLS certified
