Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to
join our integrated healthcare team. As a national leader in

options. This position entails applying scientific principles to
prevent, identify, and treat acute or chronic dysfunction of the
cardiopulmonary system. With access to the latest technology and a

needs and develop appropriate respiratory care plans. Operate and
monitor respiratory equipment such as ventilators and oxygen units.
Conduct diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity. Collaborate with
healthcare teams to implement and modify patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on lung health and maintenance
techniques. Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare
regulations. Expertise in cardiopulmonary diagnostics and
respiratory equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Exceptional communication and patient education abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist
(RRT) credential required. Active state license as a Respiratory
Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification.
