Job Description Job Description Salary: $80-120 per Visit Looking for OT's to cover: CULPEPPER, LEESBURG, ASHBURN! $300 BONUS after completion of 3 months at Healing Home! Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals regain or improve their ability to perform everyday activities in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, implementing a variety of interventions and techniques. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance daily functioning and improve quality of life. Collaborate closely with other members of the healthcare team, including Home Health Aides, Nurses, and Physical Therapists, to ensure holistic patient care. Recommend and facilitate the acquisition of adaptive equipment and modifications to the home environment as needed. Requirements: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
