Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Elkins, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,766 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse – West Virginia Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Elkins, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), weekdays with every other weekend, holidays as needed, float rotation required Highlights: 13-week travel assignment with structured orientation every Monday Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) and 1:5-6 on Medical-Surgical Telemetry skills essential; float to CDU, Medical-Surgical, and Pediatric Observation as needed Comprehensive onboarding includes facility-specific modules (average 8 hours, completed prior to start) Supportive team environment with clear scheduling and orientation structure Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; travel experience preferred Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via American Heart Association Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility Two manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions considered with physician documentation) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical expertise in a dynamic acute care environment with strong telemetry and medical-surgical skill development.
