Job Description:
A historic 70-bed general medical and surgical hospital in the
heart of the West Virginia Appalachian Mountains is seeking a BE/BC
General Surgery Physician to join their staff. The Opportunity: •
The hospital currently supports two surgeons who each work 3 weeks
per month (12 weeks' vacation per year) • 2 days of clinic and 2
days of surgery per week - Estimated Hours - 24 Hours per week of
clinical care when not on call and 32 hours per week total when on
call • Low Volume Call Responsibilities | 3 - 5 ED Consults per
week and 1 - 2 emergent surgeries per week • 4 Day Work Week • Full
benefits including 6 weeks PTO and $6000 for CME • EPIC EMR The
