Sentara Home Care Services in Harrisonburg is hiring a Clinical
Supervisor. Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift Position
Location: Harrisonburg, VA Salary Range: $69,742 - $116,251 We
provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base
pay, incentives, and benefits. Overview The Clinical Supervisor is
responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the
clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient,
and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team
and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and
the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in
administrative decision-making, staff development, and program
implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer
service excellence. Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(Required) Certification/Licensure - Basic Life Support (BLS) -
Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days
of hire (Required) - One of the following licenses is required: -
Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North
Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR - Registered Nurse (RN) Single
State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
OR - Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia
Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR - Registered Nurse
(RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health
Professionals (VADHP) Experience - 2 years of home health or
infusion experience (Required) - 1 year of supervisory experience
