Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Elkins, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,206 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Elkins, West Virginia, 26241! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required License: WV or Compact License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Travel experience preferred - Nursing certifications via American Heart Association Description: Local travelers within a 75-mile radius will be billed at the local rate, less $5. Local travelers are limited to two 13-week contracts. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call duties will be required, approximately 1-2 weekdays per week and one weekend per month. Each RN is required to take call as part of a monthly schedule. When on call, RNs must answer patient calls and address their concerns. Occasional after-hours or weekend visits may be needed. Medical exemptions for the flu vaccine will be considered. Travelers must provide a signed doctor's note along with a medical exemption request form. Religious exemption requests will not be considered. Registered nurses must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility to submit. Candidates must provide a minimum of two manager or charge references within the past two years. All certifications should be included in applications at the time of submission. Previous probationary actions on licenses will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Candidates currently employed in any related facility will not be eligible for a travel contract in this role. All required documentation must be submitted promptly.
