Level of care is administered to patients of all age ranges with illnesses diseases or physical limitations. Evaluated by Site Coordinator and/or Providers, Medical Practice Manager.EducationHigh School graduate or equivalent requiredGraduate of a state accredited school of nursing requiredExperienceExperience in a medical office setting preferredCertification & LicensureLPN Nursing License in the state in which you are employed is requiredBLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved is required.
