• Salary range (e.g. $200-230k yr) and bonus potential range (20-60k yr) : -$185-210 based on experience. -Ability to earn a $10K bonus annually based on clinical outcomes, stewardship, etc. -
  Your Role with the Company:

  • Full-time
    
  • Hours and call schedule: Clinic is open at 7:30am and closes at 6:30pm
    
  • Providers allowed to work varied schedules - full time provider is 36 hrs of patient care and paid for 4 hours of administrative time per week
    
  • Excellent training and onboarding
    
  • Team based model, all employees are fully supported
    
  • Willing to educate patients
    
  • 
    100% Outpatient setting: 15 -18 patients a day
    
    
  • Team size (e.g. 3 FMs and 3 NPs): -Currently have 2 MDs, 3.5 Pediatricians, 1 pediatric NP, 5 FNPs and 1 PA
    
  • Also 5 dentists and 5 behavioral health counselors on staff
