Responsibilities:
--- Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel's food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
--- Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions
--- Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
--- Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
--- Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
--- Orchestrate the successful execution of catering events
--- As part of the management team, participate in all hotel-wide efforts to constantly improve the quality of service and operational efficiencies
--- Closely food and beverages cost
--- Institute new initiatives to drive revenue
--- Train and develop team members

Qualifications:
--- Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards
--- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
--- Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
--- Food handling license
--- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
--- Strong team player
--- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
--- Detail-oriented
--- Experience managing a restaurant and bar
--- Good communication and writing skills
