Enterprise Data Technical Account Manager, you will be a part of a
talented team who brings the Enterprise Data Strategy to life
across the organization. In this role, you will be a trusted
advisor who partners with internal customers to achieve target data
objectives while also driving adoption of enterprise data ecosystem
tools and platforms. You will ensure customers gain the most value
from these tools/platforms. -You will be responsible for
identifying and architecting solutions for our internal customers
leveraging Enterprise Data platforms. You will partner closely with
product, engineering, design and data teams to drive solutions from
start to finish. A technical understanding of software engineering
and best practices is required. This role requires customer focus,
effective communication and solutioning skills. It requires
partnering with all levels of leadership and engineering and
building consensus by representing, verbally and in writing,
complex decisions, and tough trade-offs. -Responsibilities
- Act in a customer account management capacity for technology
groups across the Enterprise
- Collaborate and drive effective tech solutions to meet the
needs of our internal customers
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding
their existing processes, technical challenges, business needs,
objectives and priorities
- Consult internal customer groups on Enterprise Data tools,
platforms and processes
- Provide advice on strategy, launch planning and support
resolution of operational issues
- Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional
value out of target state tools & platforms
- Partner with technical stakeholders to build & define intent
for enterprise efforts crossing all types of technologies
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to build
consensus, drive process improvements, incorporate stakeholder
feedback and adapt to changing requirements -
- Build and maintain high trust relationships with partner teams
across the Enterprise to keep abreast of current strategies and
manage work in progress -The successful candidate will be:
- A leader with proven experience for delivering enterprise
technical solutions in a fast paced environment
- Able to lead technology-focused discussions with leadership by
providing valuable insights and recommendations that guide
technology-based decisions.
- An exceptional writer with strong written, oral, and verbal
communications skills who can present complex subject matter in a
clear, concise, and compelling manner to stakeholders across all
levels -
- Action oriented, always leaning in and moving with a sense of
urgency; results-oriented and able to get things done
- A multi-tasker, who is able to handle multiple priorities in
parallel and extremely well-organized
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to roll up their
sleeves and get the job done
- Able to flip back and forth from strategy to tactics quickly

- At least 4 years of technology project management
experience
- At least 3 years of experience delivering data management
projects -
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile delivery -Preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio
management
- 3+ years of experience in delivering technical projects that
affect multiple business areas in a matrixed, indirect delivery
model
- 2+ years of experience working in a technology-oriented
company
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked.Location is New York City: $154,905 - $182,753 for Manager,
TechnologyLocation is San Francisco, California: $164,116 -
$193,620 for Manager, TechnologyRemote roles in other areas of New
York & California, and across Colorado & Washington: $131,275 -
$154,875 for Manager, TechnologyCandidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
