Job Description:

A local CPA firm is looking for a part time office manager.. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years accounting and or office manager experience.Responsibilities: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reconciliations; Work with current and potential vendors and suppliers; Input new customer information into Practice Management Software; Job tracking: Answer phones, greet customers, maintain office supplies, and other general office duties and operational tasks as required.Qualifications: 1+ years of transactional accounting experience ; Proven management or office manager experience; Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; Working knowledge of office equipment; Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work; Attention to detail and problem solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits: Health insurance Paid time off Retirement planSchedule: Day shift Monday to Friday No weekendsEducation: Associate (Preferred)Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
