efficiently install telecommunication and other networks. We enable

the need to bury cables underground or string along utility poles.

and business IT directors, Internet Service Providers, network

In-Q-Tel, US Air Force and US Army Corps of Engineers. Who TRAXyL
is looking for: We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined
Field Operations Installer to support installation projects and
product deployment efforts. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys physical, outdoor work, operating equipment, and
contributing to high-quality field installations. In addition to
fieldwork, this role plays a key part in maintaining operational
readiness. When not deployed on installations, you will support
inventory management, equipment organization, and shop operations
to ensure the team is always prepared for upcoming projects. You’ll
work closely with teammates, engineers, and operations staff to
help deliver safe, efficient, and consistent installation outcomes.
The ideal candidate: - Perform field installation activities using
TRAXyL’s innovative pavement?based installation techniques. -
Operate machinery, tools, and equipment required for installation
tasks. - Assist with site preparation, material handling, and
on?site logistics. - Follow safety protocols, company procedures,
and industry standards. - Conduct basic equipment checks,
maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Document installation
activities and communicate updates to the operations team. -
Support field testing, quality checks, and field data collection. -
Collaborate with technicians and engineers during product
deployment. - Maintain and organize inventory, tools, and materials
when not in the field - Support shop organization, equipment
readiness, and staging for upcoming deployments - Can excel in a
flexible work environment, can take initiative, and thrive at a
startup company You are a great fit for this role if you have: - 3
years of experience in fieldwork, construction, infrastructure
installation, or related hands?on roles. - Mechanical aptitude and
comfort working with tools, equipment, and machinery. - Strong
problem?solving skills and the ability to adapt in changing
environments. - Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
in various conditions. - Effective communication skills and
willingness to work as part of a team. - Familiarity with utility,
telecom, or construction environments is a plus. This role requires
