Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the
2026/2027 school year in Ludlow, MA. This contract position
involves working within the Lower Pioneer Valley Educational
Collaborative to support high school students at the Compass High
Program, a specialized setting for learners with Autism Spectrum
Disorders (ASD) and other learning differences. The role is focused
on personalized, supportive education that promotes independence
outside traditional classroom environments. Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students
with ASD and other learning needs. Supervise a Speech-Language
Pathology Assistant (SLPA) within the program. Collaborate with
educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans. Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support student
growth and independence. Maintain accurate documentation in
accordance with state and program requirements. Qualifications:
Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP (SLP CCC
preferred). Experience working in school settings, particularly
with high school students with ASD. Ability to work 32.5 hours per
week during the school year (estimated from August 27, 2026, to
June 22, 2027). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge
of state regulations and compliance related to speech-language
services in schools. Location: Position based in Ludlow, MA, with
the main client office in West Springfield. Benefits: Contract role

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13.
