conditions. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
of patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Monitor patient health and record signs within
electronic medical records. Educate patients and their families on
disease prevention and health maintenance. Participate in the
development of patient treatment plans. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Aptitude for
