success. Responsibilities Thoroughly inspect all incoming vehicles
and identify repairs or services needed. Perform or coordinate
cleaning, detailing, and minor reconditioning tasks on vehicles.
Document vehicle conditions and report any issues to management or
service departments. Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for
display or delivery in a timely manner. Maintain a safe and
organized work environment, adhering to dealership and regulatory
standards. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth
vehicle flow through the recon process. Requirements Prior
experience in automotive recon, detailing, or related fields is
preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify
vehicle defects or maintenance needs. Ability to work efficiently
both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills
and a proactive attitude. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
including lifting, cleaning, and inspection. Valid driver's license
