This role demands meticulous financial planning and strategic advisory to ensure the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our mission-critical programs. The Financial Management Analyst will be pivotal in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to assist in tactical and strategic decision making. Develop and manage financial models for budgeting and forecasting that align with government standards. Analyze financial data to identify trends, make recommendations, and report findings to senior management. Advise project teams on financial planning, risk management, and cost reduction strategies. Prepare financial documents and compliance reports for governmental audits. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial practices and enhance fiscal accuracy and transparency. Stay updated with the latest federal financial regulations and procedures to ensure compliance. Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred. Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) is a plus.
