The Jr. Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, interpretation, and implementation of analytical tools and processes to understand their impact and results.Duties include but are not limited to:Assist with analyzing new/prior client data.Report writing within Sequel and Microsoft Access.Support the development of tools and processes for various needs throughout the companyTake part in client set-up and development of rate packages, researching necessary information.Help ensure quality control on TMS through testing and collaborating with users to identify problem areas.Complementary reporting on a regular basis.Regular attendance is required.Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of an Associate's degree and 1-3 years of experience. Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
